Questions about automations

Which offer includes automations?

All-in only. Offers with Funnels keep the calendar’s call reminders: by SMS, with an email confirmation.

Can a lead receive too many messages?

The limits apply across all scenarios: 3 messages a day per lead, 2 of them SMS. Beyond that, the message waits until the next day.

What happens if a send fails?

It’s retried, then marked as failed in the log, and the lead carries on. You can re-run it from the scenario’s results.

Does a new scenario write to my existing leads?

No. It starts from events after activation. You choose who to enrol by hand.

Can I try a scenario without writing to real leads?

Yes. Test mode only lets in leads tagged “test”, and a test send goes to the owner’s address or phone.
