Most students who train 5–8 hours per week finish the curriculum in 10–14 weeks. You go at your own pace — there are no live classes or deadlines, apart from waiting periods between exam retakes.
12 months from enrollment. Your progress, reports and certificate history stay attached to your account for the full period. Your certificate and its verification page remain valid after your access ends.

You talk out loud, in your browser, with an AI-generated prospect. Each prospect has a background, needs, objections and a realistic decision process. They don't automatically agree to buy. After the call, you get a scored report with moments from your own conversation.
A computer with a microphone and a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Headphones give the best results.
One credit = one practice call of up to 15 minutes. You get 30 with your enrollment. If a call fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned automatically. Calls under 2 minutes aren't scored, and their credit is also returned.
Lessons, exercises, quizzes and the AI tutor remain available. Your final voice assessment has its own reserved attempt, so you can always finish certification.
We store a text transcript of each call to generate your report. Audio recordings are not retained by default. You'll be told you're speaking with an AI before each call. See our AI & Recording Notice.
Scores follow a documented rubric and are tested against calls graded by experts. They're a training indicator, not a guarantee of professional competence. The prospect's decision to buy or not is reported separately and doesn't affect your skill score. Final certification assessments are human-checked.
No. It's issued by Closedy and certifies that you met Closedy's defined standards. It isn't an accreditation from a government body or external institution. Each certificate has a unique ID and a public verification page.
All required modules, module quizzes ≥ 80%, at least 15 practice simulations, the final knowledge exam (≥ 80%) and the final voice assessment (Closer Score ≥ 700 with every skill ≥ 60). Thresholds can be updated; your requirements are always shown on your Certification page.

You submit your experience, availability and preferences. Our team reviews your academy results and may ask for an additional assessment. If approved, you become eligible for matching with business clients. Joining is not employment and doesn't guarantee assignments.
No. You contract with Closedy. We source and evaluate closers, onboard them on your offer, manage the pipeline, run quality assurance and report results.
