Terms of Service
1. Who we are. These Terms govern your use of the Closedy website, academy and related services ("Services"), operated by [Legal entity name], [State] [entity type], [address].
2. Accounts. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; accounts may not be shared.
3. The Academy. Enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access course content, exercises, AI simulations and assessments for the access period stated at purchase ([12 months]). Content may be updated over time.
4. No guarantee of employment or earnings. The Academy is an educational product. Purchasing it does not guarantee certification, acceptance into the Closedy closer network, any assignment, employment, contractor engagement, or income. Network acceptance is a separate process subject to human review and business demand.
5. AI features. Simulations and the tutor use artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Scores are training indicators based on a documented rubric and are not professional certifications of competence except as expressly stated for the Closedy certificate.
6. Simulation credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire with your access. [Credit refund rules for failed calls.]
7. Acceptable use. No abuse of AI systems (including attempts to extract system instructions), automated access, harassment, sharing content, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Certificates. Certificates are issued by Closedy against Closedy standards. They are not accreditation by any government or external body. We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or misconduct.
9. Payments & refunds. Payments are processed by [payment provider]. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, access is [revoked].
10. Intellectual property. All content belongs to Closedy or its licensors. You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the Services.

Closedy does not guarantee any income, employment, contractor engagement or business result. Any examples of sales scenarios, prices or commissions in our training are illustrative and are not typical or expected results. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, skills, experience, the products you sell and market conditions. Acceptance into the Closedy closer network is not guaranteed and is not a condition of, or included in, the purchase of the Academy.
