Questions about the calendar

Do I have to leave Calendly or iClosed?

No. Connect them, and their calls land in your calendar. You can move to the Closedy calendar later.

Does Closedy read my closers’ Google calendars?

Yes, if the closer connects their account. Closedy reads their busy times and creates events. If they connect nothing, their hours and time off in Closedy are enough.

Can two leads book the same slot?

No. The slot is rechecked when the lead books. If it has just been taken, other slots are offered.

What does a closer see of a lead?

First name with an initial, the answers and the score. Contact details stay with your company.

Can a closer refuse a slot?

Closers control their hours, time off and daily cap. Once a call is booked, you can reassign it to another closer.
